We ship our products throughout Europe! The rates are as follows: 

- Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Portugal, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg: Free Shipping for orders over 49€. For purchases under 49€, a 7.90€ shipping cost applies

- Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Russia, Ireland: Free Shipping for orders over 59€. For purchases under 59€, a 8.90€ shipping cost applies

- Spain: Free Shipping for orders over 39€. For purchases under 39€, a 4.50€ shipping cost applies

- Rest of Europe: Free Shipping for orders over 69€. For purchases under 69€, a 9.90€ shipping cost applies



We try to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

Delivery times are generally as follows:

  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • Spain: 48-72h business hours

Orders placed on a business day before 3:00 p.m. are prepared and shipped the same day.

All purchases made after 3:00 p.m. will be managed the next business day.

On weekends or holidays, the order will be processed the next business day.

During festive periods (Christmas, Easter, National Holidays) or special campaigns (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Singles Day etc.) due to the high volume of shipments we cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we will do our best to have them shipped you within the aforementioned deadlines.



As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and an SMS from our carrier that will allow you to track your order online and manage the delivery. 



Throughout the delivery process you will receive information on the status of your order and on when you should receive it. If you cannot be reached at your home address, the carrier will get in touch with you (by email or SMS) to arrange a second delivery the next business day. This second delivery has no additional cost for you, but should you not be home either, there will be no next delivery and you will have to pick up the order at the collection point indicated by the carrier. You will have 14 days to collect your order. Hould you not be able to collets your order past this time frame, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will refund the amount of your purchase except the shipping fee.

Before the delivery, you will receive an SMS or an email where you can indicate your preferences about the delivery time.



If you need to change the shipping address or you have made a mistake when providing the delivery information, you can update the address through the carrier's tracking email that will arrive after placing the order.

We recommend that you always review the data entered when placing your orders, especially if you use the payment methods available on mobile (Apple Pay and Google Pay)



In case of not receiving the order within the indicated time frame, write an email to and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.



You have 24 hours from when you placed the order to cancel it. Send your cancellation request to the email address and we will confirm if it has been possible to cancel it, otherwise we will explain the steps to follow to reject the delivery.

In either case we will refund the amount of the products. If the cancellation request has reached us in more than 24 hours after placing the order, the shipping costs will be deducted since it is a service that cannot be canceled.
