At Planthia we want to make your experience as easy as possible and that is why we offer a totally free return if you are not satisfied with our products, have changed your mind or for whatever reason. These are the steps to process your returns:
- Term: you have 14 working days from receipt of the order to return it.
- Contact: send your request to the email address email@example.com and we will indicate the steps to follow for a faster return.
- Packaging: returned products must come in their original box and/or packaging
- Products: they must be in good condition, properly closed and must not have been tampered with.
- No return: in the event that the product has not been handled correctly (for example, it has not been closed correctly) we cannot proceed to receive the product and its refund.
- Notification: as soon as we receive the product in our warehouse, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund: within maximum10 working days from the receipt of the product in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund 100% of the cost of the product and a credit will be automatically issued to your card or original method of payment. If you have paid for shipping at the time of purchase, we will refund the shipping cost as well.
- Late refunds: if you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your bank, sometimes it may take a few days before your refund becomes effective. If you have followed all these steps and have not yet received the refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Others: if you have other specific needs to manage your refund, please send an email to email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible to find the solution that best suits your needs.
In case you want to exchange one product for another, the same conditions mentioned will apply for product returns and you will also have the following possibilities:
- Change with the same item: if the product you have received arrives damaged or in such a way it is not possible to use it, we will exchange it for you free of charge. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photo and/or videos showing us in what conditions the product has arrived so that we can solve it as soon as possible.
- Change with another reference: if you have changed your mind or made a mistake when placing your order, don't worry! We will proceed to exchange the product with another of your choice.
- Number of changes allowed: only one change is allowed.
